What happens after my return was delivered?

Upon receipt, all returns undergo inspection and booking. The quality team takes pride in making sure all returned items are in immaculate condition. Afterward, the paperwork is transferred to the returns team for processing. The entire process can take up to 10 working days, as stated in our returns policy. As soon as the exchange order was created or the refund was issued, customers will receive an email notification.
