kybun USA LLC offers a warranty on all production-related faults within the legally stipulated warranty period of 12 months. The warranty period begins with purchase/receipt of the product.

We would like to point out that a valid proof of purchase is required for a reclamation/claim on a warranty payment.

The warranty payment will be made according to kybun USA LLC’s returns management, which will take into account the wear-related deterioration and aging of the product with respect to its expected longevity. Warranty claims are restricted to replacement deliveries, partial price reductions and no-cost correction of damage. Any defects that are deemed repairable after a thorough assessment will be corrected by our shoemaker. If a defect is irreparable, you will receive a replacement or a partial discount.

kybun USA LLC will decide on warranty claims in accordance with its guidelines and at its own discretion. Warranty claims will be invalid if the damage occurred as a result of improper use.
