Should I use orthotics in the kybun shoes?
Generally it is possible, but it is unnecessary in our opinion.
The reason is that the kybun shoe itself works to support and activate the muscles in the feet. Orthotics do the opposite, they stabilize the feet and prevent muscle activity. Weak muscles are one of the main reasons why many people often feel pain when standing and walking, and on the other side, weak feet and leg muscles increase the risk of falling.
So 8 of 10 customers who had to wear orthotics before they started to wear kybun shoe, are now able to leave the orthotics away.
But you have to be patient. A foot which had to walk in shoes with orthotics for 5-20 years can't get used to the new situation in 2 weeks.
So there will probably be initial reactions. It’s very important that you take breaks when you feel uncomfortable or even pain and change from kybun shoe to your usual shoes with the orthotics.
The percentage of “kybun shoe wearing time” will increase, and over time, it will be possible to wear kybun shoe all day.
