You may return your product for an exchange within 30 days of fulfillment, no questions asked, if the following conditions are met:
- Products must be in NEW / UNUSED CONDITION
- In ORIGINAL PACKAGE
- With INVOICE ATTACHED
Returned products that do not comply with the above will either be rejected or not be eligible for an exchange.
Please (please please) when you receive your kyBoot first try it at home on a carpet. Keep the box and invoice. If you wear the kyBoot outside it will most likely not be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
If you want to exchange your kyBoot for a different model, this is sometimes possible. In such a case if there is a difference in price between the models a surcharge will apply or else a partial refund/store-credit will be issued.
