Can I exchange my kybun shoes or mat?

You may return your product for an exchange within 30 days of fulfillment if the following conditions are met:

1. Products must be in NEW / UNUSED CONDITION
2. In ORIGINAL PACKAGE
3. With INVOICE ATTACHED

Returned products that do not comply with the above will either be rejected or not be eligible for an exchange.
Please when you receive your kybun shoes/mat first try it at home on a carpet. Keep the box and invoice. If you wear the shoes outside it will most likely not be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

If you want to exchange your kybun product for a different model, please add a note to your return. In such a case if there is a difference in price between the models a surcharge will apply or else a partial refund/store-credit will be issued.
