The basic principle: the thicker the kyBounder, the more intensive the exercise will be.
- kyBounder 6 cm (2.3“) – for general everyday use: exercising, at home or in the office
- kyBounder 4 cm (1.6”) – for people with balance disorders and dizziness, the elderly, children and people with injuries
- kyBounder 2 cm (0.8”) – for therapy and rehabilitation (learning to walk again)
