kybun recommends wearing the kybun shoe without orthopedic insoles if possible. This allows them to strengthen the core, stabilizing foot musculature in an ideal manner. Use the insoles in your normal, hard shoes during kybun shoe breaks.
It is important that you increase the kybun shoe wear duration gradually so that your body can become accustomed to the new way of walking without being overchallenged. Start with 20 to 30 minutes several times a day, and increase wear duration from week to week. Your body will show you your personal limits.
Some kybun shoe wearers stick to this alternation between kybun shoe and normal shoes with insoles. Others are able to dispense with the insoles entirely in time. This depends on the feet and varies greatly from person to person.
Of course, you can put your insoles into the kybun shoe to see how they work. If that is the best solution for you at the moment, that is perfectly fine. The kybun shoe's breathability will be impaired slightly.
